“I hereby give to Kids for the Kingdom, Inc, a Delaware nonprofit corporation with its principal offices at 11150 Green Valley Rd., Sebastopol, California, 95472, (the sum of $_______) or (_______% of the residue of my estate) to be used for its general purposes.”

“I hereby give to Kids for the Kingdom, Inc, a Delaware nonprofit corporation with its principal offices at 11150 Green Valley Rd., Sebastopol, California, 95472, (the sum of $_______) or (_______% of the residue of my estate) to be used for the purposes I have designated in writing and delivered to Kids for the Kingdom, Inc. If, in its opinion, the need for funds for the designated purpose no longer exists, Kids for the Kingdom, Inc may, at its discretion, use these funds for a similar purpose.”
